삼성전자, 3나노 칩 생산 본격화

Samsung Electronics has begun mass production of 3-nanometer chips. The South Korean tech giant is the first to do so globally. It aims to beat Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co, or TSMC, the world’s most advanced foundry chipmaker. Samsung has been competing with Apple chipmaking partner TSMC.
