China's central bank has called all digital currencies illegal and vowed to crackdown on the market, saying services offering trade, order match, token issuing and derivatives are strictly prohibited, with overseas crypto exchanges also illegal. The PBOC has improved its system to step-up monitoring and root-out speculative investment.
