NTT데이터, SAP와 ServiceNow 채널 파트너인 '사파이어(Sapphire)' 인수 발표

NTT DATA has announced plans to acquire graphics and motherboard manufacturer and global supplier Sapphire to strengthen its SAP and ServiceNow sales and global customer reach. The announcement appears to be part of NTT DATA's goal to expand its SAP and ServiceNow customer base. Sapphire has 1,200 existing small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) customers and 420 employees. "We are excited to leverage the potential that Sapphire brings to our global customer base, especially its ServiceNow partnership capabilities," said Norbert Rotter, executive vice president and CEO of Business Solutions at NTT DATA.
