갤럭시디지털, 계약 위반 이유로 비트고(BitGo) 인수 중단

Galaxy Digital has terminated its acquisition of digital asset custodian BitGo. The investment firm cited a breach of contract as the reason for the termination. Galaxy still plans to go public on Nasdaq in the U.S. as part of its reorganization plans to become a Delaware-based company.
