Three people have been killed in Russian strikes on the Ukrainian capital. The victims were employees of "critical infrastructure" in Kyiv. Thousands of towns and cities across the country are still without power. The attacks come 24 hours after nine people were killed by drones. The drones are believed to have been supplied by Iran.
