General Motors is teaming up with Pilot Flying J to build a national fast-charge network for EV drivers. The network will include 2,000 charging stations at 500 Pilot FlyingJ travel centers at 50-mile intervals. Any EV brand can access the network, but GM said its customers will receive benefits such as discounts, exclusive reservations and real-time availability.

Polestar has announced its investment in Israeli battery manufacturer StoreDot. The company has developed a new type of battery that can be charged in just two minutes. It expects its batteries to deliver 160km of charge in five minutes by 2024, three minutes by 2028, and a mere two minutes by 2030.
