Dell Technologies is scaling back its optional work-from-home program as COVID-19 makes it harder to get to the office. Jeff Clarke, vice chairman of Dell Technologies, said the company hopes to have more people working in a hybrid model as soon as possible. "We want to get more people working in a hybrid model as soon as possible," said Jeff Clarke, vice president of Dell Technology, who is encouraging some employees to return to the office three or more days a week.
