Cisco Systems announced plans to acquire Lightspin, a cloud security software company. Lightspin specializes in end-to-end cloud security posture management across cloud-native resources. The deal marks the second security-related acquisition this year so far for Cisco. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
