Virgin Group Chairman Richard Branson has announced that the company will no longer fund the space company he founded, Virgin Galactic. Shares plunged more than 17% following the announcement. "We don't have a lot of money in our pockets post-COVID-19, and Virgin Galactic has $1 billion, or close to it," Branson told the British newspaper Financial Times, "We believe they should have enough money to do their job."
