미국, LG와 GM의 합작 배터리 벤처 '얼티엄셀즈'에 3조원 투자

The U.S. Department of Energy has issued a $2.5 billion loan to a joint battery venture between General Motors and LG Energy Solution. The funds come from the government’s Advanced Technology Vehicles Manufacturing loan program, which hasn’t funded a new loan since 2010. The loan will be used to finance the construction of new lithium-ion battery cell manufacturing facilities.
