영국, 인공지능 발명 특허 여전히 불허

UK Intellectual Property Office says artificial-intelligence systems cannot patent inventions. Court of Appeal ruled last year that Stephen Thaler's Dabus AI system should be recognised as the inventor in two patent applications. IPO consultation found many experts doubted AI was currently able to invent without human assistance.
