영국 대법원, "AI는 발명자로 인정받을 수 없다"

The UK Supreme Court has ruled that artificial intelligence (AI) cannot be recognized as a formal inventor in order to obtain patent rights. The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom concluded on Tuesday that under current law, "an inventor must be a human being" to apply for a patent.
