마이크로소프트(MS)가 29일(현지시간) 공식 블로그를 통해 오픈AI의 GPT-4를 기반으로 한 빙 AI 챗봇의 반응에 따라 광고를 게재하는 방안을 실험 중이라고 밝혔다. 내부에서는 이미 지난 2월부터 광고 기관과 함께 빙을 이용한 광고 테스트를 진행한 것으로 알려졌다. MS는 "MS 스타트(Microsoft Start) 협력 브랜드 7,500여 곳을 포함한 광고 게재 기업을 위한 추가 기능을 모색 중이다.

마이크로소프트(MS)가 지난 17일(현지시간) 발표한 검색 엔진 빙(Bing)에 적용된 인공지능(AI) 언어 모델에 사용자들과 주고받을 수 있는 문답 횟수를 제한하는 기능을 점층적으로 해제할 것이라고 밝혔다. 마이크로소프트는 사용자에게 방해가 되는 답변을 방지하기 위해 빠르게 빙의 AI 채팅을 제한했지만, 불과 며칠 만에 기존 채팅 세션에서 조금씩 횟수를 늘리는 등 방향을 바꾸고 있다.
