AMD has begun distributing patches for the recently discovered ‘Sinkclose’ security vulnerability to some processors. However, as reported by Tom’s Hardware, the Ryzen 1000, 2000, 3000 series, and Threadripper 1000 and 2000 series will not receive the patch.
