솔라나가 '사가(Saga)'라는 이름의 웹3 기반 스마트폰을 출시한다. 6.67인치 안드로이드폰에 솔라나 블록체인과 디앱 지원, 지갑 통합, 디앱 스토어가 내장된 것이 특징이다. 솔라나랩스은 사가 폰 지원과 디앱 개발 촉진을 위해 약 13억달러 규모의 펀드, 그리고 모바일(Solana Mobile)이라는 자회사를 설립했다.

Embattled cryptocurrency lending firm Celsius has asked users to give it more time to stabilize liquidity and operations. Celsius halted withdrawals for customers last week due to “extreme market conditions.” The cryptocurrency market has seen billions of dollars of value wiped off in the last few weeks, with bitcoin falling below the $20,000 mark over the weekend, hitting a number of companies.

State securities regulators in Alabama, Kentucky, New Jersey, Texas and Washington are investigating crypto lender Celsius Network's decision to suspend customer redemptions due to extreme market conditions, pausing withdrawals, swaps and transfers between accounts. The company said that doing so would put it "in a better position to honor, over time, its withdrawal obligations"

Crypto lender Celsius said it is pausing all account withdrawals and transfers, citing “extreme market conditions.” The firm had more than $8 billion lent out to clients and almost $12 billion in assets under management as of May. Bitcoin and other tokens plunged, with the world’s biggest digital coin falling to lows not seen since December 2020.
