스타트업 생태계의 글로벌 개방성이란 우리나라와 글로벌 국가간 스타트업의 창업, 자본, 인재들이 양방향으로 원활한 이동이 가능한 수준을 의미한다. 특히 내수 시장의 규모가 작은 우리나라에서 글로벌 개방성은 피할 수 없는 과제라 할 수 있다. 이에 지난 11일 ‘한국 스타트업 생태계의 글로벌 개방성 확대를 위한 입법과 정책과제’를 주제로 진행된 토론회에서는 다양한 의견들이 논의됐다.

The U.S. is signaling its intention to regulate artificial intelligence to prepare for future innovations. Democratic Senate Leader Chuck Schumer unveiled a legislative framework for regulating AI, according to multiple media outlets. "The U.S. Congress must be at the forefront of regulating rapidly changing AI technologies," Schumer said, adding that if we don't act now, we will lose our only chance. "The U.S. Congress must take the lead in regulating the rapidly evolving technologies of artificial intelligence," Schumer said.
