애플, 전기차 스타트업 '카누' 인수설 '모락모락'

애플이 미국의 전기차 스타트업 카누(Canoo) 인수를 검토하고 있다는 소식이다. 독자적인 스케이트보드 전기차 플랫폼 기술을 지니고 있는 카누는 자율주행 전기차 개발을 추진하고 있는 애플의 좋은 협력 파트너로 평가받는다. 구동형 다목적 전기차 콘셉트 역시 애플과 잘 들어맞는다는 평가다.

Uber is launching two autonomous delivery pilots in Los Angeles. The two companies are Serve Robotics and Motional, both of which are focused on autonomous vehicles. Uber told TechCrunch the company is looking at partnering with more than one player in the space, and that the public might start to see more partnerships in the future. The new programs are part of a range of new products Uber is launch across its ride-hail and delivery platforms.
