전기차 시장은 정체가 아니라 꾸준한 증가세를 보이고 있다. 하지만 비싼 가격, 충전문제, 차량 감가상각이라는 3가지 걸림돌로 인해 하이브리드카로의 쏠림 현상을 보이고 있고 당초 예상보다 더딘 성장세를 보이고 있다. 올해 전기차 시장에서 지켜볼 주요 관심 포인트로는 제조업체들의 가격 인하 움직임과 미국대선 결과가 꼽혔다. JD파워는 지난주 발표한 전기차 소매 점유율 예측에서 “전기차 진화의 혼란스러운 중간 단계에 오신 것을 환영한다”고 언급했다.
