It's a big bet for Volvo. Volvo has pledged to produce 100% electric vehicles in the next 10 years, and CEO Jim Rowan is making very different bets than the rest of the auto industry when it comes to software and revenue. In Jim's view, automakers are going through three big changes at once: electrification, autonomy, and direct-to-consumer sales.
