"Starting today, we're ending the waitlist for Bard," he said at Google's annual developer conference (I/O) at the Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, California. Bard, an A.I. chatbot, will be available to the public in 180 countries around the world. Bard is powered by Google's latest large-scale language model (LLM), Palm 2 (PaLM). PaLM 2 is an upgraded version of PaLM 2, which was introduced in April last year, and can perform reasoning and coding tasks in science and math based on 530 billion parameters.
