Naver plans to buy secondhand apparel marketplace Poshmark for $1.2 billion in cash. The South Korean search giant says it will combine the service’s social shopping platform with its “technological prowess” and existing communities. The companies expect the deal to close by Q1 2023, subject to approval by Posh Mark stockholders.
