Generative AI is being applied to a wide range of businesses beyond internet search. Priceline announced a partnership with Google to deploy generative AI to open up new business avenues in the travel space. "Not only will AI help our customers make more thoughtful decisions about where and when to travel, but it will also help our employees reduce response times," said a Priceline representative.
