Samsung's 990 PRO is its latest NVMe PCIe 4.0 drive. It's aimed at gamers, 3D-renderers, and 4K/8K video editors. Samsung touts sequential read and write speeds of 7,450 megabytes per second (MB/s) and 6,900 MB/s.
