BMW is expanding its electric scooter lineup following its electric motorcycle. The new addition, the CE 02, is smaller than the recently released CE 04 and is aimed at younger buyers. Called the eParkourer, the CE 02 has a range of more than 55 miles for the 11 kW version and a top speed of about 59 miles per hour.
