TikTok launches a free program to help small businesses market themselves on its app. The program, called “Follow Me,” will offer guides to using TikTok’s range of business and creative tools, advertising and promotional features. It comes as TikTok faces increased scrutiny in the U.S. for its China ties and privacy issues.
