젠슨황 엔비디아 CEO도 챗GPT의 혁명적 전환의 순간에 무게를 두고 이 기회를 극대화하고 싶어한다. 그는 최근 버클리 경영대학원에서 질문에 답하면서 “지금은 AI에 있어서 아이폰의 순간이다...지금은 모바일 컴퓨팅과 그 밖의 모든 아이디어가 모두가 말하는 제품으로 합쳐진 시기다”라고 말했다. 그렇다면 GPU 생태계로 AI혁명의 원동력을 확실히 확보한 엔비디아는 이른 시일내 행보는 뭘까. 엔비디아는 이제 생성 AI를 보다 효과적으로 활용하기 위해 클라우드에 DGX복합기를 본격적으로 구축해 나갈 계획을 밝혔다.

AMD, RNDA 3GPU 기반 RX 7900 XTX 공개

AMD has announced the RX 7900 XTX and 7900 XT graphics cards. The cards are the first to use its new architecture, RDNA 3, which is based on a chiplet design. The company says the cards are up to 1.7 times faster at 4K resolution than its previous generation. Both cards will launch on December 13th, with reference cards and board partners set to ship on that date.
