"AI is unlikely to destroy most jobs, but white-collar workers are at risk," the International Labor Organization said, citing research from the United Nations. "Generative AI will not completely replace most people's jobs, but will instead automate parts of their work, freeing them up to do other tasks," it added. However, she warned that for women in white-collar jobs, it could potentially have a bigger impact on female employment.
