Apple seeded the fifth betas of iOS 16 and iPadOS 16 to public beta testers today. The betas will be available to the general public over the air. ‌iOS 16‌ brings an overhauled Lock Screen with customizable wallpapers, time, and widgets.

Apple Pay will soon work on other browsers, opening up the service to more users everywhere. The feature was uncovered by MacRumors contributor Steve Moser, who found Apple Pay worked with both Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome in the latest iOS 16 beta 4 release. The news comes as Apple Pay continues to struggle somewhat in some areas.

Apple has released the fourth beta of iOS 16 to help curb abuse of its new iMessage editing feature, which is now only available to the public. This includes the ability to edit and unsend iMessages, but the two minute limit is only for unsending messages.

The system is similar to that of Google's system to replace password and is being developed by Fast and Cloud Flare, which are also working on the system to prevent spam.
