Google will unveil a large-scale language model (LLM) that supports more than 100 languages at its annual developer conference, I/O 2023. Google CEO Sundar Pichai unveiled the first version of PaLM at the company's annual developer conference in May last year, describing it as "the largest language model in existence, trained with 540 billion parameters". PaLM 2 supports more than 100 languages. In internal tests, it has been shown to perform a variety of coding tasks and solve math problems.
