Sixt will buy 100,000 electric vehicles from Chinese automaker BYD. The first of the new vehicles will be delivered to the company this year. Sixt hopes to electrify 70% to 90% of its European fleet by 2030. The agreement is the first of its kind with a car rental firm in Europe.
