Google has significantly improved accessibility to its Gemini AI chatbot for iPhone users. With an update released on Monday, users can now add Gemini widgets to their iPhone lock screen. This feature allows users to use Gemini Live, Google's real-time voice AI function, without unlocking their phone. Additionally, widgets providing various functions such as photo uploading, setting reminders, and initiating text chats have been added. Google has also announced new features for Android users. Starting from the end of March, Gemini Advanced plan subscribers will be able to ask AI questions about video and screen content and receive real-time answers.
