The Manhattan federal court announced that Do Kwon, through his attorney, has indicated a possibility of pleading guilty, with a hearing scheduled for Tuesday. Previously, Do Kwon pleaded not guilty to nine charges, including securities fraud, wire fraud, commodities fraud, and money laundering conspiracy, but neither his attorneys nor prosecutors have issued official statements.
