Kia’s first all-electric sedan, the EV4, made its official debut in the U.S. market at the New York International Auto Show. The EV4 is built on Kia’s 400V Electric Global Modular Platform and comes standard with a North American Charging Standard (NACS) port compatible with Tesla charging stations. The EV4 offers two battery options: a 58.3 kWh standard battery and an 81.4 kWh long-range battery, providing estimated driving ranges of 235 miles and 330 miles, respectively. Fast charging from 10% to 80% takes 28 minutes for the Light model and 31 minutes for the long-range model. All trims are equipped with a front-mounted 150 kW motor and Kia’s advanced driver assistance systems. Due to U.S. government tariffs, Kia has not yet announced the official price for the EV4. At the same auto show, Kia also unveiled the Nightfall Edition of its three-row electric SUV, the EV9. The EV9 Nightfall Edition features a black exterior and interior, 20-inch black wheels, and a dark Kia emblem. This model will be produced at Kia’s West Point, Georgia plant and is scheduled for U.S. release in the second quarter of 2025.

EV9 나이트폴 에디션은 블랙 컬러의 외관과 인테리어, 20인치 블랙 휠, 어두운 기아 엠블럼 등이 특징이다. 해당 모델은 미국 조지아주 웨스트포인트 공장에서 생산되며, 2025년 2분기 미국 출시 예정이다.
