SpaceX is reportedly seeking to raise new funding at a valuation of around $400 billion. According to Bloomberg, the fundraising will involve issuing new shares to insiders and conducting a tender offer to allow employees to sell some of their shares. SpaceX has typically held such employee tender offers twice a year. The company’s valuation has continued to climb since surpassing $100 billion in October 2021, and is expected to see a significant increase from the $350 billion valuation set during the tender offer in December 2024.
