Anthropic has launched Max, a new premium subscription plan for its AI chatbot Claude. It offers higher usage limits than the existing $20-per-month Claude Pro and includes priority access to the latest AI models and features. The Max plan comes in two tiers: $100 per month with 5x higher usage limits than Claude Pro and $200 per month with 20x higher usage limits. AI model developers have been searching for new revenue models, and OpenAI reportedly saw a $300 million revenue increase just two months after launching ChatGPT Pro. Anthropic is also looking to expand its revenue through high-priced subscription plans. While Anthropic does not currently offer an unlimited usage plan, the company is considering even higher-priced tiers in the future. Regarding the possibility of a $500-per-month plan, the company stated that it is keeping various options open.
