NVIDIA unveiled its first-ever datacenter CPU at its 2022 GPU Technology Conference. The Grace CPU Superchip is actually two Grace CPU chips connected via NVLink technology. It integrates 144 ARM cores into a single socket and consumes approximately 500 watts of power. The company also announced its highly anticipated Hopper GPU architecture.
