YouTube has temporarily barred Russia Today and a handful of other Russian channels from earning ad revenue. The company cited "extraordinary circumstances" and recent sanctions against the country. YouTube did not provide a full list of the restricted channels. The move follows similar ones from Facebook and Twitter.
