The world’s largest personal computer maker, Lenovo, said on Thursday that its first-quarter net profit jumped 108% despite challenges from U.S. tariff policies. For the three months ended June 30, total revenue rose 22% year‑on‑year to $18.8 billion, beating analysts’ expectations of $17.4 billion, according to LSEG data. Net profit attributable to shareholders came in at $505 million, above the market consensus estimate of $307.7 million.
