[인터뷰] 유준하 오토랩스 대표, “제조공장의 ROI를 다시 설계하는 AI 검사 솔루션을 만들었습니다”
오토랩스는 롤투롤(Roll-to-Roll·R2R) 방식으로 생산되는 원단과 펄프·제지 등의 표면을 AI로 검사하는 솔루션을 선보인 제조 AI 스타트업이다. 기존 생산설비를 통째로 바꾸는 대신 카메라와 조명 등이 포함된 별도의 장치를 기존 가동 중인 라인에 추가하는 ‘레트로핏(Retrofit) 방식’의 ‘오토비전(AutoVision)’을 개발하고 있다. 이 솔루션의 특징은 단지 결함을 찾아내는 데서 끝나지 않는다. 결함 위치와 이미지를 남기고 검사 리포트를 생성해 사후 품질 분쟁 때 확인할 수 있는 데이터화가 핵심이다.
