Tesla has told workers at its battery factory in Sparks, Nevada, that it plans to raise wages for some hourly workers by about 10% starting in early January 2024. According to internal documents separately obtained by CNBC, as well as word from factory workers who received a "cost-of-living adjustment," Tesla will raise hourly workers' wages from a low of $20 to $22 and a high of $30.65 to $34.50.
