Amazon Prime Day, which takes place on November 11-12 (local time), offers big discounts and promotions for Amazon (AMZN) Prime members, but shareholders rarely benefit. Since the event began in 2015, Amazon's stock price during Prime Day has delivered an average return of -0.34%. Of the eight Prime Days to date, only three (2017, 2018, and 2021) have seen positive returns for Amazon stock, while five (2015, 2016, 2019, 2020, and 2022) have seen negative returns.

Amazon begins deliveries in Germany with Livian's electric vans. In Germany alone, Amazon has built a delivery fleet of more than 1,000 electric vans.
