마이크로소프트(MS), 구글, 아마존 같은 미국의 글로벌 빅테크들이 다른 기술 기업들과 함께 최고의 인공지능(AI) 스타트업을 꼼수로 위장 인수하는 방식에서 창의력을 발휘하고 있다. 즉, 최고 기술력을 가진 스타트업 창업자와 직원의 일부를 데려와 고용하는 것은 물론 이들이 창업한 기업에 엄청난 기술 라이선스 비용을 지불하는 것이다. 주요 기술 스타트업을 사실상 인수하면서도 교묘하게 위장한 것이다. 결과적으로 빅테크들과 인수 대상 유망 AI스타트업과는 AI 기술이나 사용 내용에서 차이가 없게 된다.
