After a two-year investigation by the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), Tesla will recall more than 2 million vehicles to fix Autopilot safety issues, according to new NHTSA documents. The fixes will be provided free of charge via an over-the-air (OTA) update that adds features to ensure drivers are paying attention while using Tesla's controversial driver assistance system.
