‘검색의 왕’ 구글의 위치가 위태로워졌다. 입소문을 타고 엄청난 이슈몰이를 하고있는 챗지피티(chatGPT)의 등장으로 사용자가 직접 검색결과를 뒤져야하는 구글검색의 번거로움이 부각됐다. 이와함께 미국 법무부가 구글이 온라인 광고사업에서 불법독점 운영하고 있다고 비난하며 소송을 제기하면서 구글의 최대 비즈니스 사업인 검색과 광고 모두 역풍을 맞고 있다.
