Google has filed a complaint against Microsoft's Azure cloud division for unfair behavior. The letter was sent in response to a broader FTC request for comments on potential anticompetitive behavior in the cloud industry. Google alleges that "Microsoft, through its Windows and Office products, can make it difficult for its vast roster of customers to use anything other than its Azure cloud infrastructure services." An FTC spokesperson declined to comment further.

That beat Wall Street estimates of $51.02 billion ($68.4688 billion), according to market research firm Refinitiv. Shares jumped more than 4% in after-hours trading. According to MS's Intelligent Cloud business, which includes Azure's public cloud, led overall revenue with $22.8 billion ($29.63 billion), the company said.
