아키드로우에 시선이 가는 또 다른 이유를 꼽자면 이들이 스스로의 성장을 넘어 프롭테크, 인테리어, 가구 시장의 플레이어들이 상생할 수 있는 커뮤니티와 생태계 구축에도 관심을 두고 있다는 점이다. 아키드로우는 이와 같은 의지를 지난 16일 ‘인테리어 시장의 미래:불황기의 생존전략’을 주제로 한 ‘아키스케치 콘테크(ConTech) 포럼’을 통해 현실화했다. 서울 성수동 아키드로우 사무실에서 만난 이주성 아키드로우 대표는 “해외에서는 이미 콘테크 분야가 엄청나게 성장하고 있다”며 “아직 우리나라에는 콘테크 산업이 부각되지 않고 있지만 조만간 개별적인 버티컬 섹션으로 주목받을 것”이라고 전망했다.
