Salesforce has announced the launch of a new suite of products to strengthen its position in the highly competitive AI space. The new offerings include tools designed to deliver "enterprise-grade" AI and will likely span multiple verticals to bolster its product portfolio with AI capabilities. "These efforts are an extension of the generative AI initiative we launched in March, which aims to integrate generative AI across the Salesforce platform," said Adam Caplan, senior vice president of emerging technologies at Salesforce.
