애플, "사과 로고 쓰지마"... 스위스 과일연합회와 상표권 소송

Apple is in trademark litigation with Switzerland's largest fruit federation (FUS), which has a 111-year history. "Apple is asking Swiss authorities for broad intellectual property rights to the word 'apple,'" according to U.S. IT publications. The FUS's logo is a red apple topped with the white cross of the Swiss flag. "We don't even use a bite-sized apple as our logo, so it's hard to understand Apple's actions," said a FUS spokesperson in response to the lawsuit.
