Samsung's Galaxy Watch 6 is mostly a minor upgrade from its predecessor, the Galaxy Watch 5. Sure, it may have worked to improve some of the health tracking features. This includes improved personalized sleep coaching and insights, the ability to personalize heart rate zone training during running sessions, improved GPS tracking for track runners, additional customization in the workout app, and the inclusion of irregular heart rate rhythm notifications.
