AI startup Anthropic has integrated its command-line coding tool Claude Code into the enterprise subscription service Claude for Enterprise. With this update, enterprise customers can now incorporate features that were previously limited to individual accounts into their internal systems, while gaining access to more advanced expense controls and administrative tools. Launched in June, Claude Code has quickly emerged as a popular programming tool by emphasizing an agentic approach rather than relying on traditional IDE-based methods. Anthropic said that integrating Claude Code with its Claude.ai chatbot can greatly enhance enterprise use cases, such as automating analysis of internal data and customer feedback.
